| Driving Directions to Four Winds Restorative Grounds Four Winds Restorative Grounds is located in the Montavilla neighborhood of Southeast Portland. DIRECTIONS TO 8706 SE MILL ST: From the West: Take I-84 East to the I-205/Salem exit (exit #6). Once you exit the freeway, stay in the right-hand lane and take the ramp up to Glisan/Stark streets. Stay in one of the two center lanes, cross Glisan and proceed south to the next traffic signal which is Stark. Turn right onto Stark and proceed one block to 92nd Ave. Turn left onto 92nd and proceed south on 92nd to Mill St. Turn right onto Mill and proceed westbound to Four Winds Restorative Grounds at the corner of Mill and 87th (8706 SE Mill). From the South: take I-205 north to the Powell/Division Exit. Stay in the middle lane and turn left onto Powell at the first traffic signal. Proceed west on Powell to cross under the Freeway, then turn right at the next traffic signal (92nd Ave). Proceed north on 92nd past Division to Mill, turn left and proceed westbound on Mill to 8706 SE Mill. From the East: Take Division Street westbound past I-205 to 92nd Ave (the first traffic signal after crossing under the freeway).
